When I click on a link to a web page in Outlook the link doesn't work and I receive the message "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." (This problem also occurs with Internet Explorer 8/Outlook 2007 and is usually the fault of open source software.)
